Volunteer applications are now open for the Fair this July 12 – 14, 2024.

Are you passionate about Toronto, arts and culture or volunteering? Toronto Outdoor Art Fair is only made possible by our amazing volunteers. Each year over 150 dedicated volunteers lend their hands, time and expertise to make this event happen.

By volunteering for the Toronto Outdoor Art Fair you will not only support the arts and meet amazing people, you will also create access and help shape the art community in Toronto. We will provide you with comprehensive training, a TOAF T-shirt and a volunteer appreciation event. TOAF is inclusive, accessible and radically welcoming, we encourage people of any ability, background or experience to apply. Volunteer Opportunities

Fair volunteer

Be the face of the Fair! Know the free public programs and Fair guide well, provide information and direction to visitors.

Logistics

Help out in production, marking the blueprint onto the square, be in the dolly squad helping artists get their artworks to their booths, setting up signage and information tents and keep everything running smoothly.

Artist Liaison

Connect with our artists, help get them register them upon arrival, watch their booth while they take a break, and assist with their needs throughout the day.

Most importantly we know you will have fun and gain incredible experience!

Volunteer Award for Arts & Culture (VAACT)

VAACT recognizes volunteers who contribute to multiple organizations throughout the year. The awards ceremony takes place on International Volunteer Day in December.
